This is Kelvin. Welcome to my portfolio! Here is a bit of information about myself. I am a Senior Product Designer based in Toronto, Canada.
Currently working at IGM Financial, leading the design of the client portal tailored for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The focus is on digitalizing key financial products and services, including mortgages and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Additionally, driving the digital transformation of the AdvisorAccess platform to enhance the advisor experience and support more efficient client engagement.
A bit of my history
My last role was at SSENSE and I focused on the Backend Growth platform - building internal applications to support sales events for the public and loyalty programs. SSENSE is a global technology platform operating at the intersection of culture, community, and luxury commerce.
I got a wide range of product design experiences from top luxury e-commerce brands (Yoox Net-A-Porter Group and Burberry) to top financial institutions (Allstate Canada and RBC).
What's my passion? I am always interested in transforming highly complex systems technologies and digitalizing seamless experiences.
